Those are some interesting ideas. I would also be interested in hearing some suggestions on how not to be in this situation. "The first step in avoiding a trap is knowing of it's existence."
Someone had said that they wouldn't have put the General in the CP, that is an interesting thought. I am wondering where you would put them then.

Well if he is in the C.P, double points if rocketed or a loss via a sniper sneaking in the "Tall Grass" or by a "Spy". A lot of people hide their CO near their base and use Comms. for communicating. Or have an Exec. Officer in the base as a ruse. Church had my back on that "Armchair" scenario.

Have team members setup a defensive perimiter have the genny in the far back with the medic between the perimiter and the gen. Setup a trip with the satchel wait till the enemy hits it then pin em down and hit em with a the Air strike, if all fails strap a time bomb in the path of the enemy and retreat as far as possible.
